Winneba, Ghana – August 24, 2024: Renowned gospel musician and sound engineer, Nacee, has expressed his strong belief in the viability of the policies proposed by John Dramani Mahama, the flagbearer of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC). Speaking during the NDC’s manifesto launch in Winneba, Nacee conveyed his confidence in Mahama’s ability to deliver on his promises, citing the former president’s track record as a key reason for his optimism.

“Yes, I believe Mahama can do it… Looking at his records, I am very optimistic that he can do it,” Nacee told Channel One TV, signaling his support for Mahama’s bid to return to the presidency.

Nacee’s endorsement comes as no surprise to many, given his long-standing collaboration with the NDC and its leader. The gospel star, who has previously composed popular campaign songs such as “E Dey Bee,” “Onaapo,” and “Mahama Okada,” confirmed in a recent interview with Angel FM that he had completed a new campaign song for the NDC in preparation for the upcoming December general election.

The musician’s involvement with political campaigns is not new. While he is closely associated with Mahama, having started their collaboration in 2012, Nacee has also worked with other political figures, including former President John Agyekum Kufuor. This broad experience across the political spectrum has made Nacee a respected figure in the realm of political campaign music in Ghana.
